Ranopali carries the same municipal split as Devkali but a much narrower one: ₹9,700 per sq m inside the limit against ₹8,200 outside, about 18 per cent. Agricultural land is still priced here too, at ₹1.59 crore and ₹1.49 crore per hectare for the two halves.
What sets Ranopali apart is how many priced corridors cross it. Seven segment entries in the Sadar list name it — the Benigunj to Shri Ram Hospital stretch, the first kilometre of the Akbarpur road off the bypass, the Devkali bypass to Ayodhya, the Parikrama Marg link and the Tedhi Bazar to Mohbara road — between ₹21,800 and ₹25,900 per sq m. The highest is 2.7 times the interior rate, and almost any plot here is close to one of them.
