awadhland.com publishes land reference for Ayodhya, Lucknow and Gorakhpur: circle rates transcribed from the government's own published schedules, government project notices, and written guides. It is free to read and does not require an account.

It is published by a UP RERA-registered broker, whose registration is shown in the footer of every page.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell land or an invitation to buy any particular plot. A calculator here gives you an estimate to budget with, not a valuation.

Decisions about a specific plot need a lawyer, the revenue record, and your own inspection.

Every data page on this site carries its source and the date that source was read. Circle rates are revised, master plans change, and a project's status moves. A figure that was right on its stated date can be out of date by the time you read it.

Check the date stamp before you rely on a number, and verify the current schedule at the sub-registrar's office before you pay anything.

Reading this site does not make us your broker, and sending an enquiry does not either. A relationship begins only when it is agreed between us in writing, with the scope and the fee written down before any site visit.
