I grew up on my family's farmland. Plots, boundaries and paperwork were household conversation long before they were a business to me — who owned which strip, where a boundary had quietly moved, which paper had to be fetched from which office before anything could be settled.

I trained as an engineer and finished my degree in Maharashtra in 2010. The four years after that were spent with a US-based firm, managing real estate for clients in America: their properties, their paperwork, their questions, from the other side of the world. It taught me what it is like to buy something you cannot walk around, and how much a buyer at that distance has to take purely on trust.

In 2014 I left that job and came home to support my family. I have worked in land here ever since — twelve years now, in the district I grew up in.

The engineering habit is the part that stayed with me: check the measurement, check the record, then check again before anyone signs. Ayodhya has been repriced twice over since 2019, and in a market moving that fast the gap between what a plot is worth and what it is being sold for can be wide in either direction.

That is why this site is built the way it is. Every rate carries the document it came from and the date it was read, the fee is agreed in writing before anyone goes to see a plot, and both languages say the same thing. If a plot is not worth your money, I would rather tell you that than sell it to you.
