Only what you enter in an enquiry or subscribe form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, the city you are looking in, what you want the land for, a budget, a preferred location and a message. Along with it we record which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading when you asked.

Nothing else. There is no account, no profile and no hidden field. If you never send a form, we hold nothing about you.

Your submission is posted to our own Cloudflare Worker, which forwards it into JotForm, where we read enquiries. No form script from JotForm or anyone else runs inside your browser — the page you are on sends the fields itself.

If the endpoint is not configured on a given build, the form falls back to composing a WhatsApp message for you to send, in which case nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.

This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The language you see comes from the address itself — English pages sit under the site root and Hindi pages under /hi/. We never switch your language from a cookie, your browser settings or your IP address. If you want the other language, you use the toggle, and the address changes with it.

Two clicks: the WhatsApp button and the call button. For each one we record the name of the event, which language the page was in, and the name of the block the button sat in — the header, the hero, a lead form. That is the whole record.

There is no identifier in it, nothing that can be traced back to a person, and no third-party analytics script anywhere on the site.

Pages that show a map load Leaflet and fetch the map tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org. That means your IP address reaches OpenStreetMap's servers while the map draws, as it would on any site that uses their tiles. We send them nothing about you beyond that request.

Leaflet on map pages and the form path described above are the only places anything leaves this site.

We do not sell your details, pass them to a list, or hand them to another broker. We do not run advertising networks, tracking pixels or retargeting. We do not build a profile of you across visits, because we have nothing to build one from.

If you have sent us an enquiry and want it deleted, say so on WhatsApp using the button on any page, and we will remove it.
